For local businesses and organizations. Your contact person's name and phone/email are only seen by Town Hall, who verifies every posting — the "how to apply" details you choose below are what applicants see.

For Sale

Things your neighbors are selling. Town Hall reviews every listing before it appears, and sellers pay the town's small listing fee only AFTER their listing is approved — nothing is listed until it's paid for or the clerk waives the fee.

Please know: the Town does not handle the sale, hold money, or guarantee any item — buyers and sellers deal directly. Meet in a public place, bring a friend, and never pay in advance for something you haven't seen.

Sell something

Post your item — Town Hall reviews it first. If approved, you'll get a link to pay the listing fee; your listing goes live for the run period as soon as you pay. You never pay for a listing that isn't approved.

Free Stuff

Free things neighbors are giving away. Town Hall reviews every post before it appears. Everything here is free — first come, first served, and please only claim what you'll really use.

Give something away

Post it free — Town Hall reviews it first, then it goes live right away. There's no fee, ever. When it's gone, mark it claimed in My Account or ask Town Hall.

After-Hours & Weekend AI Receptionist

An optional add-on to the Town's website package. Town Hall keeps regular hours — but residents' calls don't. A water leak on a Saturday, a question about a bill on a Sunday evening, a limb down after a storm: without it, those calls ring an empty office or wait until Monday. The AI receptionist puts a friendly, reliable voice on the Town's main line whenever the office is closed — evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What it does

  • Safety first — it's the first thing callers hear: "If this is a police, fire, or medical emergency, hang up and dial 911." The receptionist never dispatches emergency services.
  • A simple menu routes every call: press 1 for the Mayor and Council, 2 for the Town Clerk's office, 3 for the Water Department — or stay on the line to leave a general message. Callers can press a key or just say the department out loud.
  • Water emergencies move fast: a reported water main break or major leak transfers straight to the on-call person's phone, right away.
  • Messages the Clerk actually sees: every message is transcribed, tagged by department, and lands in the Clerk's website dashboard — nothing lost to a sticky note or a full voicemail box.
  • English and Spanish, greeting and menu included, so every resident is understood.

What it costs

$49 / month — Standard: includes up to 100 minutes of calls each month. Plenty for most small towns.

$89 / month — Extended: includes up to 300 minutes of calls each month, for busier lines.

Month-to-month — no long-term contract, cancel anytime. Every call message and transcript belongs to the Town. Set up and administered by CrossTrade Contracting LLC on the Town's existing phone setup; all the Town provides is the on-call phone number for utility emergencies and, working with the Clerk, the answers to residents' most common questions.
